To use a slang term that the kids use... The Outback Steakhouse ROCKS! Not only do they have the most delicious foods (the Bloomin' Onion is a MUST HAVE!), but they are also very generous people. The super duper awesome people at the Outback Steakhouse has given me a $25 Gift Card to give away to one lucky She Scribes reader. THANK YOU Outback Steakhouse for your generosity!
The Outback Steakhouse has a delicious menu called "15 Under $15". Some of their most popular dishes are now under $15.00, some starting off at $9.95. It's their way of helping their customers during these tough economic times. If you have a family and you go out to dinner you know how incredibly expensive it can be. We have a family of four and it's so expensive that we barely ever eat out at all. We mostly go out to eat for special occasions like birthdays or our anniversary.
We went to the Outback Steakhouse this past weekend, compliments of Uncle Sam and our income tax return. We treated the kids to the Outback Steakhouse for lunch this past Saturday. I did learn that the "15 Under $15" menu is for DINNER meals, not lunch meals, so we were not able to take advantage of that great pricing. But none the less our lunches were very tasty and satisfying. I had the Alice Springs Chicken which was SO GOOD! My husband tried the Bloomin' Onion Burger which he said was so good that he's going to order it again the next time we go to the Outback Steakhouse. And of course we ordered a Bloomin' Onion. You can't go to the Outback Steakhouse and not order one. Even my kids who are not keen on onions love the Bloomin' Onion. I think I can make a meal out of it.
Thanks to the generosity of the wonderful people over at the Outback Steakhouse I have a $25 gift card to giveaway to one very lucky She Scribes reader. This time I'm going to mix up the requirements a bit.
To enter please visit the Outback Steakhouse (click here or visit http://www.outback.com/). Check out the "15 Under $15" (bottom right of the home page). Next check out some of the "15 under $15" meals and then come back here and comment on your favorite meal from that menu that you would like to buy with the gift card (no worries, you do not have to purchase it if you are the winner). Please make sure to visit their site. They were kind enough to send a gift card so it's nice to thank them by checking out their site. WARNING: Do not view the site if you are hungry or on a diet. Ha Ha.
For extra entries you can do any or all of the following. For each that you have done leave a separate comment. To my regular readers please read these carefully as I have mixed them up a bit.

Sammy is a remarkable young lady who has done more in her young life then most people do in a life time. Her and our dear friend Kasey developed a special friendship over the years and Sammy has made it a personal quest to help bring awareness about Cancer and to help raise funds to find a cure. Sammy is the winner of several prestigious awards for her humanitarian efforts including the 2008 Jefferson Awards (click here) and the Points of Light Award (click here). You can even read how Sammy found a way to raise $10,000 for the Relay for Life back in 2007 by clicking here. She is the most amazing girl! I am proud of her and consider myself honored to have her in my life. I can only hope that my children can be even a fraction of the humanitarian that Sammy is. Sammy is truly unique.
